Accounting Services Prices – Legend:

1. Document is: invoice, goods receipt, receipt for usage of materials (goods), bank statement, bank documents – payment order, order receipt, payment slip and others, daily/monthly report from cash register, a mileage list, revenue/expense cash receipt. If the invoices for purchases/sales are multi-line, with more than 4 line items, goods, services or other, then they are treated as separate documents, with 4 lines.
2. The price includes the preparation of payroll ledgers up to 3 people (2 employees on labor contracts + 1 company owner). For more employees, the fee will be negotiated additionally.
3. The price includes primary processing and accounting posting of the documents.
4. In the monthly fee are not included:
   – Preparation and submission of documents and inquiry for tax audits, revisions, monthly VAT refunds – EUR 15 without VAT per hour;
   – Annual closing, preparation and submission of annual financial statement and annual income statement – one monthly fee;
   – Periodic reporting (excluding annual reporting) – EUR 80 without VAT for report (monthly, quarterly, six-month, nine-month).
5. For companies that need to prepare and submit Intrastat reports, a separate fee will be negotiated. When preparing and submitting a zero monthly Intrastat declaration – EUR 20 without VAT per flow.
6. To prepare and submit zero VAT declaration – EUR 20, VAT excluded per month.
7. The prices are in EUR excluding VAT.
8. The prices are estimated for companies with Bulgarian participation in the capital of the company. For companies with foreign participation in the company’s capital carrying out specific transactions, the price will be negotiated separately.
